1. Start with a Request
Begin by completing the travel request form on our website (click “Begin Your Journey”) and selecting a time to connect. Share your ideas, inspiration, and travel goals so we can better understand what you are looking for. You will receive a confirmation email with next steps.
2. Consultation
We will talk through your vision, travel style, and what you want this journey to feel like — relaxing, adventurous, immersive, or somewhere in between. This conversation helps us determine the best direction and options for your trip. For some itineraries, a planning fee may apply. If so, this will be discussed during your consultation before moving forward.
3. Your Custom Proposal
Using what you share, we research and prepare a personalized quote/proposal with thoughtfully selected options that align with your trip. You are welcome to request adjustments before booking.
Note: All pricing and availability is subject to change during the time period when the trip is not officially booked.
Your proposal may include:
Hotels, cruises, or tours
Room or cabin details
Transfers (when applicable)
Pricing and travel details (subject to change)
Travel protection (offered for you to accept or decline)
4. Booking
When you are ready to move ahead, we will begin the process of securing your reservations with the selected travel partners. You will provide traveler information and submit required authorizations. Afterwards, we officially book your journey!
5. Preparing for Travel
As departure approaches, you will receive a helpful itinerary along with useful resources and information to guide you as you get ready. Questions are always welcome along the way.
6. During Your Trip
If something comes up while you are traveling, you can reach out and we will assist where possible or help connect you with the appropriate supplier.
7. After You Return
After you return home, reviews of your experience with Howe Travel Co. are always appreciated. We are happy to help plan your future travels!
